GOP Rep UNLOADS on gaggle of reporters over Charlie Kirk’s murder: ‘You’re at fault!’

Rep. Derrick Van Orden (R-Wisc.) unloaded on liberal media propagandists in response to the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated on Wednesday when a gunman fired on him from nearly 200 yards away while he was speaking at an event at Utah Valley University.

“Every. Single. One. Of. You. Here. You’re at fault,” said the retired Navy SEAL.

One of the reporters pushed back on the one hope the left was clinging to, which is that the killer has not been identified — a suspect has since been named, Tyler Robinson, 22, and is in custody.

“Knock it off,” Van Orden told the reporter, as one of her colleagues tried to shift the focus to Republicans. “You are responsible for that assassination yesterday. You should be ashamed of yourself; it’s disgusting.”

But then, shame is in short supply in the journalism field, as seen in an attempt to ridicule Van Orden by Mediaite — scouring social media, a contributor claimed the GOP lawmaker was “blaming Democrats, the media, Canadians, liberal members of the European Parliament, schools and universities, and more for the fatal shooting, calling them ’21st century brown shirts’ and vowing to ‘be at war’ for 20 years against them.”

The proper context of the “brown shirts” remark shows that Van Orden was responding to a video of liberal members of the European Parliament objecting to a moment of silence for Kirk — much like we saw in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Van Orden has been on a social media tear since Wednesday, not mincing words as he exposes those celebrating the charismatic Christian’s death.

In the X post below, he lays waste to Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) after a social media user pointed out the Democrat’s threatening words to Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, “You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you.”

President Donald J. Trump called the left out for their Nazification efforts against those who may hold different beliefs.

“It’s long past time for all Americans and the media to confront the fact that violence and murder are the tragic consequence of demonizing those with whom you disagree day after day, year after year, in the most hateful and despicable way possible,” Trump said. “For years, those on the American left have compared wonderful Americans like Charlie to Nazis and the world’s worst mass murderers and criminals. This kind of rhetoric is directly responsible for the terrorism that we’re seeing in our country today, and it must stop right now.”
