After denouncing the “demonized” reveling over the assassination of Charlie Kirk, an HGTV star refused to back down to the monstrous mob of celebrants.
More than 400 years after William Shakespeare’s “The Tempest” was penned, his expression, “Hell is empty, And all the devils are here,” appears to be a constant reality pertaining to everyday interactions on social media. This is especially true for HGTV’s “Home Town” star Erin Napier, who found herself confronting vile denizens of the Internet after she criticized those cheering the political assassination of the 31-year-old Christian, father, and husband.
“Only the demonized celebrate death,” read the simple message posted to Napier’s Instagram story, according to multiple outlets.
Evidently, for the radical left, failing to support such a heinous act was cause for cancellation, and the morbid militants had no problem letting the home renovation personality hear about it.
“I am revolted by some of the comments in my DMs. Unfollow me, immediately, if you could be one of those comments. Christ, have mercy on us all,” remarked Napier, who shared screenshots of those who’d threatened to stop supporting her “Because,” as she put it, “I will not celebrate murder.”
“Really Erin? You are homeschooling your precious children in LAUREL, MS (of all places) to prevent something like this from happening to them,” one person posted before suggesting Kirk had received a just reward for supporting the Second Amendment. “This guy was ALL FOR IT. He died for what he believed in. God have mercy on his soul because I do not.”
That specific comment found Napier responding, “You know nothing about why I am homeschooling my children, you sick goblin.”
As others remarked with sentiments like, “Thanks for making an unfollow easy peasy,” or that they wouldn’t be offering their “thoughts and prayers either,” the HGTV personality reiterated her response, “Because I will not celebrate murder.”
Meanwhile, as the treatment galvanized support behind Napier from those opposed to the ghoulish hate being demonstrated by Kirk’s detractors, she, like many who flocked to vigils and church services in the aftermath of the assassination, shared a message of hope on Sunday with a prayer on Instagram.
“God in heaven,” began Napier, “If anyone sees us and they feel lighter, let it be your light they see. If anyone sees sadness in a broken house, let them see all of our human brokenness and look for an answer in the house of the Lord. If anyone feels happiness in the renewal of a house, let it be the renewal of spirit that only comes from you. If the world sees compassion in us, let it be your love that cannot be separated from any person on earth that they see.”
“Give us strength to love, give us your peace and your kindness even as we reject wickedness and let it be what the world sees in me,” she continued. “Not the world’s definition of light, happiness, compassion or renewal. Less of me, more of Jesus, the light of the world. Amen.”
Good for Erin and Ben Napier from HGTV Home Town. By refusing to celebrate the death of Charlie Kirk, they have received horrible treatment by the left. These are Christian parents. God bless them and all of us should pray and support them

She is correct. Who does that? People that have had their morality twisted into immorality.
