How can you not love Jonathan Isaac?
A large part, if not the main part altogether, of conservative activist Charlie Kirk‘s legacy was how open he was about his Christian faith. We saw it before his political assassination, and we’re hearing stories now following it.
Jonathan Isaac, a star player for the Orlando Magic and outspoken about his Christianity, recently reflected on the death of Kirk, while also pushing for unity and rejecting political violence.
Talking in an interview with Fox News Digital, Isaac revealed his thoughts on the assassination of Kirk that took place at Utah Valley University. (RELATED: Bills Honor Charlie Kirk Prior To ‘Thursday Night Football’ Game Against Dolphins)
“It’s tough to put into words,” said Isaac. “Really the only thing that I can say is just to speak to who Charlie was. Everybody will talk about what Charlie has said and his stances and stuff like that. Charlie had my respect.”
Isaac continued.
“Not because I agreed with everything he had ever said or done. Some of the conversations we had was even me disagreeing with things he said. But we always had civil discourse, and he was always prepared to talk about why he thought what he thought. To me, that’s a respectable man.”
