The Care Quality Commission is responsible for regulating care providers in England and employs around 3,000 staff. They now have until the end of the month to complete three new courses:
- Anti-Racism: Being an Anti-Racist Organisation
- Anti-Racism: Our Vision
- Anti-Racism: For Operational Colleagues
Just two weeks ago a damning report found seven in ten community social care services currently have no or an ‘outdated’ CQC rating of their performance. In its own performance report the CQC says: “Disappointingly, we only completed 6,230 assessments and inspections of health and social care services during 2023/24, a reduction of 39.5% compared with 10,300 in 2022/23.” The civil servants are busy targeting micro-aggressions…
