First responders reportedly whisked William Shatner away in a Los Angeles Fire Department ambulance late Wednesday afternoon.
Sources with direct knowledge of the situation told TMZ that the “Star Trek” alum is believed to have experienced an issue with his blood sugar while at his Los Angeles home. Shatner phoned emergency service workers for help as a precaution when he began to experience health issues, according to TMZ.

Sources reported that Shatner was transported to a local hospital where he was evaluated and is currently doing “good” and “resting comfortably,” according to TMZ.
