Trump releases statement blasting James ‘Dirty Cop’ Comey, doles out kudos to Kash Patel

President Donald J. Trump doled out kudos to FBI Director Kash Patel and U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan for their work resulting in the indictment of crooked former FBI boss James Comey, a scoundrel who brought disgrace to the nation’s premier law enforcement agency during his tenure.

On Thursday, the disgraced ex-official was indicted by a Northern Virginia grand jury for lying to Congress about whether he authorized the leaking of classified information to the media, getting tripped up by his testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee in 2020.

Trump branded Comey – whom he fired in 2017 – as a “dirty cop” and a “total slimeball” in a Friday post to Truth Social.

“I’d like to thank Kash Patel, and the outstanding members of the FBI, for their brilliant work on the recent Indictment of the Worst FBI Director in the History of our Country, James ‘Dirty Cop’ Comey. The level of enthusiasm by the FBI was incredible, but only caused by the fact that they knew Comey for what he is, and was, a total SLIMEBALL!” Trump wrote. “Again, thank you to the FBI and, specifically, those that worked on this case with U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan, and the DOJ.”

Considering how Comey repeatedly abused his power in a self-serving manner to conjure up process crimes against high-profile figures like Martha Stewart, it was sweet justice and to use a phrase constantly invoked by Democrats, shows that “no one is above the law.”

“No one is above the law,” Attorney General Pamela Bondi said in a Thursday statement. “Today’s indictment reflects this Department of Justice’s commitment to holding those who abuse positions of power accountable for misleading the American people. We will follow the facts in this case.”

“Today, your FBI took another step in its promise of full accountability,” Patel said in a statement. “For far too long, previous corrupt leadership and their enablers weaponized federal law enforcement, damaging once proud institutions and severely eroding public trust. Every day, we continue the fight to earn that trust back, and under my leadership, this FBI will confront the problem head-on.”

“Nowhere was this politicization of law enforcement more blatant than during the Russiagate hoax, a disgraceful chapter in history we continue to investigate and expose. Everyone, especially those in positions of power, will be held to account – no matter their perch. No one is above the law,” the new FBI boss said of the disgraced former director.

“JUSTICE IN AMERICA! One of the worst human beings this Country has ever been exposed to is James Comey, the former Corrupt Head of the FBI,” Trump wrote on Truth Social on Thursday after the news broke.. “Today he was indicted by a Grand Jury on two felony counts for various illegal and unlawful acts. He has been so bad for our Country, for so long, and is now at the beginning of being held responsible for his crimes against our Nation.”

Comey, who many see as a pompous egomaniac who, despite his extensive history of dirty dealings, has sanctimoniously presented himself as a hero, dishonest slop that the media has gobbled up for years, responded to the charges with a creepy, self-righteous video statement that he posted to Instagram.

“My heart is broken for the Department of Justice. I have great confidence in the federal judicial system, and I am innocent, so let’s have a trial, and keep the faith,” he said.

Comey is set to be arraigned on October 9 and has already gotten his first break after the case was assigned to a Biden-appointed judge.

Also on Friday, Trump called for Microsoft to fire former deputy attorney general Lisa Monaco, the Biden regime lawfare queen who landed a plum job with the tech giant after the new administration took over.

“Monaco has been shockingly hired as the President of Global Affairs for Microsoft, in a very senior role with access to Highly Sensitive Information,” Trump wrote in a post to Truth Social. “Monaco’s having that kind of access is unacceptable, and cannot be allowed to stand. She is a menace to U.S. National Security, especially given the major contracts that Microsoft has with the United States Government.”

“Because of Monaco’s many wrongful acts, the U.S. Government recently stripped her of all Security Clearances, took away all of her access to National Security Intelligence, and banned her from all Federal Properties. It is my opinion that Microsoft should immediately terminate the employment of Lisa Monaco,” Trump said, urging the company to oust her.

“James ‘Dirty Cop’ Comey was a destroyer of lives. He knew exactly what he was saying, and that it was a very serious and far reaching lie for which a very big price must be paid!” Trump said on Friday in another Truth Social post.
