AG Bondi deploying DOJ agents to ICE facilities to ‘safeguard’ federal officers

Attorney General Pam Bondi placed militant globalists on notice with the latest effort to “safeguard” federal agents across the country.

Elected Democrats, and those hoping to wield such power, have continued to link arms with extremists attempting to obstruct the Trump administration’s efforts at law and order. While California sought to make it easier to dox agents, even as a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility was targeted in Texas, leaving one person dead and two injured, Bondi announced agents of the Justice Department would be deployed to combat lawlessness.

Announced on X late Friday evening, the nation’s top cop began, “I have witnessed the continued onslaught of violence perpetrated against ICE officers across our country. The Department of Justice will not stand idly by in the face of such lawlessness. At my direction, I am deploying DOJ agents to ICE facilities–and whenever ICE comes under siege–to safeguard agents, protect federal property, and immediately arrest all individuals engaged in any federal crime.”

“Pursuant to President Trump’s recent executive action,” she continued, referring to President Donald Trump’s Thursday memorandum regarding domestic terrorism and organized political violence, “I am also instructing the Joint Terrorism Task Forces across the country to disrupt and investigate all entities and individuals engaged in acts of domestic terrorism, including the repeated acts of violence and obstruction against federal agents. The Department of Justice will seek the most serious available charges against all participants in these criminal mobs, including conspiracy offenses, assault offenses, civil disorder offenses, and terrorism offenses.”

“While these never-ending attacks are designed to break our will, they only strengthen our resolve to complete the work begun. To that end, I have directed the FBI, DEA, ATF, and USMS to accelerate our efforts alongside the Department of Homeland Security to locate, apprehend, detain, prosecute, and remove all illegal aliens present in our country,” the attorney general concluded. “The rule of law will prevail.”

In addition to the president ordering Bondi and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem to make tackling domestic terrorism a national priority to facilitate the allocation of necessary funds, Trump had also announced the designation of Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization.

“Antifa recruits, trains, and radicalizes young Americans to engage in this violence and suppression of political activity, then employs elaborate means and mechanisms to shield the identities of its operatives, conceal its funding sources and operations in an effort to frustrate law enforcement, and recruit additional members,” read the president’s executive order in part.

As for leftist efforts to oppose lawful ICE operations, which included politicians seeking elected office, DHS had made clear that California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s (D) law attempting to ban law enforcement officials from shielding their identities with masks would not be adhered to, as it was considered “Newsom’s unconstitutional ban.”
