A North Carolina man allegedly opened fire from his boat at a crowded waterfront bar Saturday night, killing three people and wounding at least eight others before police arrested him an hour later.
Southport police charged Nigel Edge with three counts of first-degree murder following the 9:30 p.m. shooting at American Fish Company on the Southport Yacht Basin, WECT News reported.
