‘QAnon Shaman’ has launched a $40 trillion lawsuit, claims he’s the rightful leader of the US

Jacob Chansley, better known as the ‘QAnon Shaman,’ has launched a $40 trillion lawsuit that claims he is the rightful leader of the United States.

President Donald Trump pardoned Chansley after he was convicted of felony obstructing an official proceeding for his role in the events of January 6. He served 27 months of his 41-month sentence in prison before being transferred to a halfway house in Phoenix.

Now, he’s back in the media spotlight for filing a massive lawsuit against Trump, Elon Musk’s X Corp., T-Mobile, Warner Bros., the Federal Reserve, the International Monetary Fund, the National Security Agency, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, the Bank of International Settlements, the World Bank and Israel. The 26-page complaint alleges that the entities mentioned conspired to violate the constitutional rights of Americans.

If the case heads to court, Chansley will be serving as his own legal counsel. But his plan may run into a snag before it even gets off the ground, as the plaintiff filed in the Maricopa County Superior Court.

“Given that it contains federal claims – albeit wildly specious ones – it likely belongs in U.S. District Court,” the Phoenix New Times reported.

X users had a lot to say about Chansley’s sudden resurfacing:
