People who like to play with fire inevitably push their luck to the point of getting burned, and that day has now come for John Bolton.
Like other Beltway slicksters, the disgraced former national security adviser always thought that he was above the law but has now come to realize that there’s a new sheriff in town, and his name is Donald J. Trump.
After days of rumors, a federal grand jury indicted Bolton on Thursday, finding sufficient evidence to charge him with 18 counts of mishandling classified information, a crime that the lawfare gang was so certain would lead to years behind bars that they charged Trump with it over documents that were the pretense for a Gestapo-style raid on Mar-a-Lago, pure political intimidation from the Biden regime.
While the FBI raid on Bolton’s home was far less dramatic, the chances that the charges are going to stick should seriously concern the 76-year-old warmonger, who might end up spending the rest of his days behind bars, a fate that he was eager to see suffered by Trump.

“The FBI’s investigation revealed that John Bolton allegedly transmitted top secret information using personal online accounts and retained said documents in his house in direct violation of federal law,” FBI Director Kash Patel said in a statement. “The case was based on meticulous work from dedicated career professionals at the FBI who followed the facts without fear or favor. Weaponization of justice will not be tolerated, and this FBI will stop at nothing to bring to justice anyone who threatens our national security.”

Bolton’s indictment follows those of former FBI director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James, both of whom the media likes to point out are Trump’s “enemies,” but they are also people who have been accused of committing crimes.
The mustachioed cretin is screwed. You know it when there are headlines like this from CNN, a network that he’s been a fixture on for years.

He’s also much dumber than Comey and lacks the potent talisman of racial victimhood that James possesses, so it looks like Bolton is on the way to the iron bar hotel – and he shouldn’t be the only one.
While many are finding immense satisfaction in seeing Bolton brought low by his own arrogance and stupidity, it’s important to point out that the really big fish are still out there, and their potential crimes are far more serious than what the media’s favorite warmonger is facing.
Among the names that come to mind are the members of the thoroughly corrupt Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol, a sham put together to prevent Trump from ever holding public office again and to cover up the stolen 2020 election by staging a false “insurrection” and pinning the blame on him.
It failed for obvious reasons, but the committee’s members, including now-Senator Adam Schiff, Rep. Jamie Raskin, and former Reps. Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger, as well as mastermind Nancy Pelosi, are all likely guilty of grave crimes against Trump, other victims of their Soviet-style witch hunt, and the republic itself.
Biden may have preemptively pardoned the rogues gallery of malign actors on his way out the door, but there are legitimate questions as to whether those “Get Out Of Jail Free” cards are valid, given the frequent use of an autopen to sign off on documents without the cadaverous dementia patient’s knowledge.
“The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen. In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them!” Trump wrote in a March post to Truth Social.
Trump has already voided the J6 committee’s pardons, and it’s only a matter of time until it ends up before the courts, and when it does, Bolton could have company in the slam.
