Hunter Biden throws shade at Kamala, suggests she was picked VP because she’s Black

Hunter Biden threw some not-so-subtle shade back at Kamala Harris over her new book.

Harris wasn’t exactly kind when referencing her old boss in her recently released memoir, “107 Days”. When Joe Biden’s youngest son, Hunter, was asked about it, he let her have it.

“I didn’t read it. I really didn’t. I’m just really disappointed. I’ve just heard some of the things. I tried to block it out,” Hunter told journalist Tommy Christopher during an interview.

“I’d have to admit, it’s personally painful,” he continued, “for her to, in a book, to try to distance herself and take what I would call the really easy path to distance herself to what I guess she thinks … the biggest complaint about the vice president has always been is that — which I never believe, and I really mean it — is that she is not authentic.”

Later in the interview, he paid the former VP what appeared to be a back-handed compliment.

“Let me tell you about loyalty,” Hunter went on. “The reason that he picked Kamala Harris is because of the fact that he believes, and I certainly believe, the most powerful force within the Democratic Party is and always has been the African American women.”

FOX News’ Jesse Watters picked up on the dig, saying Hunter essentially admitted she was a “DEI hire.”
