Trump names ‘crooked lowlifes’ who he says ‘rigged’ 2020 election, calls for their prosecution

President Donald J. Trump unloaded on the upper echelon of the corrupt Biden Justice Department, calling for former Attorney General Merrick Garland, ex-prosecutor Jack Smith and other “crooked lowlifes” to be held accountable.

In a Truth Social post just before he departed for his trip to Asia, the president called for Garland, Smith, and former Deputy AG Lisa Monaco to be prosecuted following the release of documents showing that all three personally signed off on the FBI’s “Arctic Frost” investigation.

“Just in: Documents show conclusively that Christopher Wray, Deranged Jack Smith, Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, and other crooked lowlifes from the failed Biden Administration, signed off on Operation Arctic Frost. They spied on Senators and Congressmen/women, and even taped their calls. They cheated and rigged the 2020 Presidential Election. These Radical Left Lunatics should be prosecuted for their illegal and highly unethical behavior!” Trump wrote on Friday night.

In addition to Trump, the investigation also targeted several Republican senators whose telecommunications records were secretly subpoenaed by Smith, the unprincipled legal hitman enlisted by the Biden regime to lead the frame-up of Trump over the so-called “insurrection” on January 6, 2021.

Trump’s post came a day after Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) released a damning Department of Justice memo from April 2022 with the initials of the trio whom he accused of having  “unleashed unchecked government power at the highest levels” with their authorization of the operation.

“Following the 2020 Presidential and Vice Presidential election, in an apparent effort to obstruct Congress’s certification of Electoral College, fraudulent certificates of electors’ votes were submitted to the Archivist of the United States, purporting to represent the actual elector votes from the states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin,” read the executive summary of the memo from then-FBI Director Christopher Wray.

“Open source reporting and public statements made by individuals closely associated with Donald J. Trump, Inc. (Trump Campaign) present an articulable factual basis indicating the existence of a federal crime, and thus the FBI seeks to open a full investigation,” the memo continued.

“Today, we handed over important documentation showing weaponization and politicization at the highest levels of government,” FBI Director Kash Patel said in a Thursday post to X about the memo, adding, “Arctic Frost was a stain on this country. That weaponization ends under this FBI.”

The earlier exposure of Smith’s unscrupulous methods targeting sitting members of the United States Congress has led to calls for the former Hague prosecutor himself to be investigated.

“Jack Smith was a rogue special counsel on a weaponized witch hunt against Republican Senators,” Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) wrote in a post to X last week. “There must be consequences for this abuse of power. I just sent a letter to @AGPamBondi urging the DOJ to investigate him.”

Blackburn was one of the senators whose phone records were subpoenaed.

“As part of Jack Smith’s weaponized witch hunt, the Biden DOJ issued subpoenas to several telecommunications companies in 2023 regarding our cell phone records, gaining access to the time, recipient, duration, and location of calls placed on our devices from January 4, 2021, to January 7, 2021,” the Tennessee Republican and other targeted lawmakers said in a letter sent to Attorney General Pam Bondi last week.

“We have yet to learn of any legal predicate for the Biden Department of Justice issuing subpoenas to obtain these cell phone records,” added the Republican lawmakers who, in addition to Blackburn, include Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.) and Dan Sullivan (R-Alaska) along with Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Pa.), all of whose call logs were sought by Smith.

Many see the politicization of the Justice Department by Biden’s lawfare thugs as a stain on the nation’s history, one that will only be cleansed when they are held accountable for their malicious actions.
