Farage and Zia Yusuf are in Church House in Westminster to announce how they would make £25 billion of savings, which includes:
- Stripping EU citizens of benefits.
- More than doubling the cost of the NHS surcharge.
- Cutting the Overseas Development Aid budget by 70%.
Their point is that foreigners should pay. Yusuf told the Times: “They can either go ahead and raise taxes on British citizens or they can enact our proposals which put British people first and ask foreign nationals to bear the brunt of the black hole, not British citizens.” Watch live here…
