We Have New NFL Beef Courtesy Of Alleged Violence That Could Get Bills’ Josh Allen Suspended

Football, violence and suspensions go together quite well, but it gets put into a magnifying glass when you throw a superstar quarterback into the mix — like Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, for example.

Most fans across the league are positive when it comes to Allen, even me as a Miami Dolphins fan. He’s magnificent at playing football, and off the field, he’s a classy cat. (RELATED: Leaked Audio: Ole Miss Meeting Reveals Program Not Worried At All About Lane Kiffin Leaving)

If you ask Pittsburgh Steelers defensive tackle Cam Heyward, however, he’ll straight up tell you (bleep) that guy. And that’s especially the case after the Steelers’ defeat Sunday against Allen‘s Bills.

The two players had multiple heated exchanges during the game, with Heyward later revealing that Allen allegedly kneed him in the stomach, igniting the on-field tension.

“Being kneed in my stomach, and then just jawing back and forth, I was ticked off the entire game because, as a quarterback, they’re protected, but I’m not,” said Heyward.

Heyward was flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct after trading words with Allen, a call he believes was anything but random. Allen later fired back, taunting Heyward directly after hitting wide receiver Keon Coleman for a touchdown.

“Just pisses me off. … That was that one incident,” added Heyward.

As far as what Allen had to say about everything, well, it was typical classy Josh when it was his turn to speak to the press.

Now … will the NFL actually look into this? (Hint: no) And will they *gasp* suspend a superstar quarterback? (Hint: no)
