This is the kind of mindset that wins ya two, three, maybe four Super Bowl rings.
In the first quarter of Monday night’s 33-15 defeat against the New England Patriots, New York Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart absorbed a brutal hit around the sideline.

Though he likely could have gone out of bounds a moment earlier for a slightly shorter gain, Dart made it clear afterward that he won’t be changing anything about his game. None of the recent history seemed to weigh on him. Dart had missed the prior two games with a concussion and undergone concussion evaluations in four of his last eight contests.
“No, look, I understand the question, but this is football,” said Dart. “I’m going to get hit if I’m in the pocket or outside the pocket. I feel like I played this way my whole entire life. It shouldn’t be any shocker to anybody if you followed along with my career.” (RELATED: Eagles Fans Egg House Of Team’s Offensive Coordinator In Post-Loss Crashout)
“We’re not playing soccer out here. You’re going to get hit. Things happen. It’s just part of the game.”
Jaxson Dart was asked about continuing to take hard hits:

Such a football guy … count me as a part of the Jaxson Dart bandwagon.
