REPORT: Wild New Lawsuit Alleges John Travolta’s Son Is Biologically A Presley

Priscilla Presley’s former business partner, Brigitte Kruse, alleged John Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, used Riley Keough’s eggs to welcome their son, Benjamin, according to reports.

If Keough, Priscilla’s eldest daughter, is actually Benjamin’s biological mother, then he has roots in the Presley family tree, TMZ reported Wednesday.

The allegations came to light amid a lawsuit filed by Kruse and her associate, Kevin Fialko, against Priscilla’s son, Navarone Garcia, for alleged breach of contract, the outlet reported. Kruse accused John and Kelly of previously using Lisa Marie Presley’s eggs to get pregnant, but asserted they no longer desired her eggs because they did not want “eggs with heroin” on them, according to TMZ.

Kruse reportedly claimed in the lawsuit that Lisa Marie’s ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, had informed her that Kelly was unable to bear her own children.

Kruse claimed a deal was reached where Riley, Lisa Marie’s daughter, would provide her eggs to Travolta so Kelly could give birth to Ben, who is now 15-years-old, TMZ reported. The lawsuit  claimed Riley was given an older Jaguar and paid somewhere between $10,000 to- $20,000 for her alleged involvement.

The complaint also alleged that Lockwood claimed he was “financially destitute,” People reported. As a result, he had eaten “dog food,” and he allegedly sought to use the information about Travolta to facilitate a settlement for himself and his daughters, according to TMZ.

The documents further alleged that when Garcia heard the news, he “threw a tantrum, demanding that Plaintiffs keep Riley’s and Travolta’s son out of the press, since Priscilla promised him that he would be the only male musician in the family and would now be the ‘king,’” People reported. The lawsuit also alleged that Garcia asked for a “million-dollar settlement.”

The filed documents included a handwritten note with the words “CA fertility partners,” “Ben Travolta” and “Kelly Preston carried baby” written on it, TMZ reported.

Priscilla’s attorneys Marty Singer and Wayne Harman issued a statement to TMZ .

“After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family,” the statement read.

“In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant. These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court,” the statement continued.

Jordan Matthews, of Holtz Matthews LLP, told TMZ that Kruse and Fialko are “heartbroken” over filing their recent complaint.

“Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko are heartbroken that they have been forced to file their most recent amended complaint. They have been accused of horrific acts that are not supported by any evidence whatsoever,” Matthews, who represents Kruse and Fialko, told the outlet. In a joint statement to People magazine, Keough, 36, and her grandmother Priscilla Presley, 80, denied the allegations in the lawsuit, calling them “untrue.”

“We are aware of the latest allegations from Brigitte Kruse. These claims are not only untrue but also deeply hurtful. Our family is, and always has been, united in love and respect for one another,” they told the outlet.
