Talk about a “Merry Christmas” … wow.
San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy is capturing widespread attention online for his generous actions just before Christmas.
A year ago, Purdy showed his appreciation for his offensive linemen by presenting them with 10 Toyota trucks as holiday gifts. (RELATED: 49ers’ Jauan Jennings Pulls Such Grinch Move That Santa Just Slapped Him On Naughty List)
This holiday season, Purdy is gifting multiple Toyota vehicles to military veterans and families whose children are facing pediatric illnesses.
Toyota is collaborating with each recipient family to tailor vehicles to individual requirements. Among the models provided were the Sequoia TRD Pro, bZ4X, Sienna, Camry and additional options.

Admirers took to social media to commend Purdy for his Christmas spirit. “Man… really hard not to like this kid and his story in general!” one wrote.
“Too good not to share. What a great guy this Brock Purdy guy is,” another posted.
I feel like I’m in the peak Christmas spirit right now. Not only am I writing about Brock Purdy giving away cool presents to military veterans, but I’m sweating the hell out of Louisville -7.5 right now in their game against Toledo in the Boca Raton Bowl. Excuse me, the Bush’s Boca Raton Bowl of Beans.
And isn’t that what Christmas is about? Gift-giving, sweating bowl bets and celebrating Jesus’ birthday? … I think so!
