Newly surfaced information suggests Kiefer Sutherland may have allegedly uttered a death threat during a heated altercation with an Uber Black driver.
The famous actor ordered an Uber Black after having dinner with a friend Sunday night, law enforcement sources told TMZ.
He entered the vehicle and was heading home when the actor asked the driver to pull over and let him out, according to TMZ. Sutherland told police the driver refused to pull over after two additional requests.
The Uber driver accused Sutherland of threatening to kill him if he didn’t comply by pulling over, according to TMZ.
The outlet reported that the driver phoned 911 for assistance, and he told police that Sutherland allegedly assaulted him with his hands.
It’s unclear what triggered the alleged dispute, and it is not known why Sutherland reportedly requested for the drive to come to an abrupt stop.
