Indictments Coming for Don Lemon After Minnesota Church Stunt [WATCH]

Legal analyst Mike Davis accused the Biden Justice Department of politicizing and weaponizing federal law to target political opponents while shielding ideological allies, arguing that the same statutes previously used against Christians will now be applied to left-wing activists and media figures who disrupted church services.

Davis made the remarks during an exchange with conservative commentator Benny Johnson, who asked Davis to outline how a case could be built against activists and media figures involved in the recent disruption of a Christian church service.

“Obviously you have been going hard in the paint on this because you have seen how this statute was weaponized by the Biden administration, and the left has absolutely no accountability here,” Johnson said.

“So why don’t we start from the get, and you can build off of what Harmeet said yesterday. How would you build out a case against these BLM terrorists and Don Lemon who stormed this church?”

Davis responded by pointing to what he described as a clear pattern of selective enforcement under the Biden-Harris administration.

“Well, I would use the Biden Justice Department playbook to build this case,” Davis said.

“Remember, under the Biden Justice Department with Attorney General Merrick Garland and Associate Attorney General Vanita Gupta and Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, Christian Clark, three radicals, Lisa Monaco, the Deputy Attorney General for radicals, they politicized and weaponized the Justice Department to go after their political enemies and to protect their allies.”

Davis cited enforcement of the federal FACE Act as a central example.

“And there’s not a more glaring example than the face act,” he said.

“When they went after elderly Christians praying and abortion clicks. They went after priests. They went after Beverly Williams, a black young mother of young kids, and threw her in prison for 41 months under the face act while they gave amnesty to people who attacked places of worship, Christian churches and synagogues.”

He argued that enforcement was uneven depending on the target.

“They certainly wouldn’t have given amnesty if someone attacked a mosque, but they definitely gave amnesty to people who desecrated Catholic churches, Christian places of worship,” Davis said.

Davis said the change in leadership at the Department of Justice marks a turning point.

“Well, we have a new sheriff in town, with Attorney General Pam Bondi and her all star team,” he said.

“And I, and I talked to both of these, these women regularly, and they’re not going to put up with this. There’s not, not even close will they put up with this.”

According to Davis, prosecutions are forthcoming.

“You’re going to see indictments coming out of the Justice Departments under 18, USC 248 which is a FACE Act violation, and 18 USC Section 241 conspiracy against rights,” he said.

“And that’s exactly what the Biden Justice Department did to Christians playing, praying at an abortion clinics.”

Davis directly accused Don Lemon and others involved in the church disruption of criminal conduct.

“There’s no question. There is no question what Don Lemon and his co conspirators dead violated the face act, and there’s no question in a violated conspiracy against rights the clan statute,” Davis said.

He broadened his criticism to Democratic state and local leaders, accusing them of opposing federal law enforcement.

“We are now in a country where these Democrat governors, these Democrat mayors, are fighting the federal governments,” Davis said.

“They’re fighting federal law enforcement on immigration. That is, that is insurrection, right? That that is seditious conspiracy.”

Davis named Minnesota officials specifically.

“We now have Confederates governors in America like Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. We have a Confederate Mayor with Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey,” he said.

Davis described those disrupting church services as foot soldiers acting on behalf of political leaders.

“And now we have their clan, foot soldiers like Don Lemon, who is rounding up agitators to go harass, intimidate, threaten, disrupt, Christians during the middle of their Sunday church services,” he said. “This is a red line.”

Davis rejected Lemon’s claim to journalistic protection.

“And I would say that Don Lemon. You’re not a journalist. You are an agitator,” Davis said.

“Your own videos you post it show that you’re an agitator because you’re so stupid that you would actually post the most incriminating videos possible.”

He concluded by saying that media status does not exempt anyone from prosecution.

“Even if you are a reporter Don Lemon, you would still go to prison for this because you do not have a license to break the law,” Davis said.

“You do not have a license to violate the face act you did not have a right to conspire with your other clan members and go shut down Christian church services.”

Davis said enforcement under the new Justice Department leadership would be uncompromising.

“That’s going to put you in prison, buddy and and Harmeet Dhillon and Pam Bondi, they’re not going to have any sympathy for your argument that you’re a gay black man, or whatever the hell you said, Who cares? You’re going to be a prize in prison. ” he said.
