Shojaee joined Shoma in 2013 as Chief Marketing Officer and quickly challenged its legacy posture. Scheduled for delivery between late 2027 and early 2028, the project represents the first new residential tower of its kind to move forward in the area in decades, signaling a shift not only for Shoma, but for the neighborhood itself.

Under Shojaee’s leadership, Shoma is expanding internationally, beginning with Dubai. The move reflects her emphasis on cultural alignment, global ambition, and long-term brand architecture.
