Reality Star Leida Margaretha Under Scrutiny After Infant Daughter’s Death Reportedly Ruled ‘Non Accidental’

The death of “90 Day Fiancé” star Leida Margaretha’s baby daughter has been deemed “non-accidental,” according to multiple reports.

Margaretha’s attorney, Taylor Hart, told Starcasm that the Adams County Health and Human Services Department’s initial assessment concluded that there’s a “preponderance of the evidence to substantiate maltreatment of physical abuse to the infant by the mother.” The agency reported that “no criminal charges have been filed in this case, and the investigation remains open.”

Baby Alisa’s official cause of death is pending a full autopsy report, according to TMZ.

Margaretha has denied any wrongdoing in her newborn baby’s death as of Monday.

Alisa was taken off life support in July 2025.

The “90 Day Fiancé” alum has faced a number of legal challenges including 24 felony charges as recently as January 2025. Court records indicate that Margaretha was charged with seven counts of bail jumping, six counts of wire fraud and 10 counts of forgery. She also faces one count of stealing between $10,000 and $100,000 from a business, according to TMZ.

TV Insider reported that the alleged crimes were committed between November 2023 and March 2024. (RELATED: Boston Frontman Tommy DeCarlo Dead At 60)

Alisa’s father, Eric Rosenbrook, was reportedly arrested for allegedly slapping Margaretha while drunk in July 2025. He claimed they were no longer together at that time.
