“Pawn Stars” alum Rick Harrison wants to privately address medical bills with Corey after a GoFundMe was launched following a motorcycle crash.
Tension between the pair reportedly emerged after Corey’s friend Aron Chambers started crowdfunding on his behalf to help cover medical bills for injuries suffered in a bike crash in Tulum, Mexico, days before Rick’s wedding, according to TMZ. Rick said he had a very different perception of how the medical bills were being handled wants the issue dealt with privately.
“Corey and I will work this out by talking to each other and not the media,” he told the outlet. “We appreciate everyone’s support and concern but feel it is in the best interest of all to concentrate on Corey’s recovery at this time.”
Corey previously said he suffered 11 fractured ribs, a concussion and facial injuries from the crash. Chambers claimed it was “near-fata,” and $16,000 was requested in a supposed “race to save his life.”

Corey told TMZ that he almost emptied his bank account for his medical treatment and was indebted to his friends and father after receiving loans for treatment. Rick has publicly addressed the matter.
Rick previously said he thought he “paid all of Corey’s medical bills long before [Corey] put the GoFundMe out.”
He told the outlet it would be nice if he was repaid but “there is no repayment schedule in place.”
Corey responded, telling TMZ, “If he decided I don’t have to pay him back the money, then happy birthday to me.” He claimed that based on the nature of his relationship with his dad, he felt that wasn’t the case.
