Viral Cosplayer Breaks Down Grueling Workout Routine Behind Her Character Transformations

A professional cosplayer and model is drawing attention online after detailing the extensive daily training regimen she follows to maintain her physique for her work portraying fictional characters, as reported by The New York Post.

Sweetie Fox, 25, described her routine in comments reported by Jam Press, explaining that fitness is central to her lifestyle.

Fox said she spends up to four hours a day in the gym as part of her effort to maintain what she describes as a “superhero” physique.

Here’s What They’re Not Telling You About Your Retirement

“Training is a big part of my lifestyle, not just something I do occasionally – I structure my life around it, planning my schedule, diet, and week around my workouts,” the 25-year-old said.

Fox identified herself as a “gym freak” and said her workouts focus heavily on strength-based exercises.

She listed movements such as “strength exercises like deadlifts, squats, lunges, and glute bridges” as key components of her routine. In addition to weight training, she incorporates light cardio and brisk walks to remain active.

She said that while some observers may assume her appearance is due to natural factors or minimal effort, the reality involves long-term consistency and discipline.

“People see the result and think it’s just good genetics or a few workouts here and there,” she explained. “In reality, it’s years of consistency – training, diet, discipline, and showing up even when you don’t feel like it.”

Fox also outlined the dietary component of her routine, noting that she tracks her caloric intake and emphasizes protein consumption to support her strength training.

She acknowledged that maintaining motivation can be difficult at times, but said consistency remains the key.

“…showing up even on days when you’re tired or not in the mood.”
