Quadruple Amputee Cornhole Player Allegedly Shot A Man Then Drove The Getaway Car

A cornhole player who competes at the professional level, and who also has no arms nor legs, is now facing accusations of murder in La Plata, Maryland.

From La Plata, 27-year-old Dayton James Webber allegedly shot and killed 27-year-old Bradrick Michael Wells while the two were arguing. Wells is from Waldorf.

According to police via FOX 5 DC, Webber was in a Tesla SUV that belongs to him, allegedly shooting Wells while he was in the passenger seat. Afterwards, he allegedly pulled over the vehicle and requested that the two passengers in the backseat assist him with pulling Wells out. They declined to do so, ultimately calling authorities after getting out of the vehicle. (RELATED: Minnesota Wild Reporter Jessi Pierce, 3 Kids Killed In House Fire)

Webber would then allegedly flee from the scene while Wells remained in the vehicle.

The body of Wells was discovered in a Newport Church Road yard located in Charlotte Hall. At the scene, Wells was pronounced dead.

Webber was found by police at a Charlottesville, Virginia, hospital. He was placed under arrest and charged as a fugitive from justice.

He will undergo the extradition process to Charles County and be hit with charges of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, among others, per FOX 5 DC.

Authorities haven’t been able to explain how Webber had the ability to drive or shoot a gun, however, video is going viral of the quadruple amputee firing a weapon.

“It’s early in the investigation, but there’s no evidence to suggest anyone else was involved in the shooting and that he acted alone,” stated Charles County Sheriff’s Office’s Diane Richardson.

According to FOX 5 DC, Webber had a quadruple amputation while he was a baby following a blood infection. Playing in the American Cornhole League, Webber is a professional cornhole player.
