As I write this sentence, 25-year-old Noelia Castillo Ramos is not yet dead.
Spain is set to euthanize the young woman Thursday, according to Catalan newspaper Ara. But euthanize —derived from the Greek eu (“good”) and thanatos (“death”) — isn’t the right term. Rather, Spain is going to help Ramos kill herself.
“None of my family are in favor of euthanasia. I am a pillar of the family. I am leaving them suffering. But what about my suffering? The happiness of a father, a mother, or a sister shouldn’t be more important than that of a daughter or the life of a daughter,” Ramos argued in Spanish in a recent, final interview, according to El Confidencial. Spain legalized euthanasia in 2021. Ramos qualifies for euthanasia based on “severe mental suffering,” according to Spanish language news outlet El Imparcial.
Ramos reportedly suffers from irreversible paraplegia and mental troubles. Ramos was reportedly paralyzed after attempting to commit suicide by jumping from a fifth-floor window in 2022. (RELATED: ‘Treated As A Slave’: Horrifying Details Emerge About Massive UK Rape Scandal)
“The origin of her pain dates back to a gang rape she suffered when she was a minor in a foster care center,” writes El Imparcial.
This is a truly disturbing story.
Noelia Castillo Ramos will die tomorrow. Sanctioned by the state in Spain and protected by the European Court of Human Rights she has asked for euthanasia and will receive it tomorrow.

Ramos was “born into a very dysfunctional family” and spent “much of her childhood and adolescence in children’s homes,” according to Spanish language newspaper El País. Her father lost the legal battle to keep his daughter from killing herself, arguing that Ramos did not possess the proper mental clarity to make such a decision. His efforts were unsuccessful. The European Court of Human Rights upheld Ramos’ right to die.
“I’m deeply affected by this news,” wrote Vox president Santiago Abascal on Wednesday, according to a translation of his remarks. Vox is a right-wing political party in Spain.
“The State takes a daughter away from her parents. The MENAs [Middle Easterners and North Africans] rape her. And the solution the State gives her is to drive her to suicide,” Abascal continued.
“[Spanish Prime Minister Pedro] Sánchez’s Spain is a horror movie.” (RELATED: Spain’s Prime Minister Claims ‘West Needs Migrants’ In Humiliating Essay)
Hermann Tertsch, a member of the European Parliament for Vox, echoed Abascal’s remarks.
“[Ramos] wants to die because a pack of MENAs raped her in a state-run care center where the State took her and left her in the hands of beasts. She tried to kill herself afterward and ended up disabled. And now the State is going to kill her, ‘doing her a favor.’ This poor girl has known no home or homeland, only a black pit full of monsters,” wrote Tertsch on Wednesday, according to a translation of his comments.
Spanish newspapers don’t make reference to the race of Ramos’ attackers, but Abascal and Tertsch’s assessments are probably not far off. Take a look at the United Kingdom for a case study in what happens when you import vast numbers of Muslim men into your liberal Western nation.
Ramos is the victim of a state-run death machine. The state begins by separating the child from her parents. The now-isolated child is put under the watch of stupid or indifferent or malicious actors in a “care” center. Men or boys — who the child’s father has the privilege of funding with his taxes — rape and abuse the child. She is broken. The state offers to put her out of her misery. The machine grinds on.
