Dem Rep. LaMonica McIver Would Appreciate Help With Legal Expenses to Fight Charges for Assaulting ICE – Twitchy

As the saying goes, there were some congressional Democrats who loved taking part in the FA phase of their anti-ICE fits and attempts to obstruct justice, but now that we’re in the FO era, they’re not having as much fun. 

One of those Dems is Rep. LaMonica McIver. 

Here’s how it started for the anti-ICE congresswoman:

A federal judge just rejected Rep. McIver’s motion to dismiss. Despite many who insisted that the indictment was invalid and the underlying conduct protected, Judge Jamel Semper ruled that her actions were “wholly disconnected” from any oversight function as a member of Congress.

And now for how it’s going.

Apparently the Democrats haven’t soaked taxpayers enough lately so McIver is now asking for help with legal bills after her backfired anti-ICE stunt:
