Stephen Miller Lists Consequences When Democrats Help ‘Criminal, Wife-Beating, Terrorist Illegal Aliens’

White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller appeared on Fox News Thursday and listed the consequences when Democrats help “criminal, wife-beating, terrorist illegal aliens.”

Maryland Democrat Sen. Chris Van Hollen traveled to San Salvador on Wednesday to protest alleged MS-13 member Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia’s deportation but was denied entry into the El Salvadoran mega-prison.

“I think it’s just emblematic of the fact that the Democrat Party has been thoroughly, completely radicalized. They are an open borders party. They’re a communist party. They’re a party that excuses violence and left-wing terrorism. They are a party that’s pulling at 21%,” Miller said during an appearance on “Hannity.”

“But if they keep fighting to spring illegal alien gang members loose from foreign countries and bring them back to terrorize our families, that 21% will go down to 15% and 10% and lower and lower because Americans, above all else, expect their government to keep them safe. And Donald Trump is fighting harder to keep our families safer than anyone who has ever sat behind that resolute desk.”

Miller said he condemned the Democrats’ efforts.

“We’ve reached a point in American politics where we have one party led by President Donald Trump that fights for Americans, and a second party, I guess led by AOC, that fights for illegal aliens, but not just illegal aliens. Criminal, wife-beating terrorist illegal aliens,” Miller told host Sean Hannity. “Two immigration judges, as you said, found that he was a member of MS-13, as did the arresting police department here nearby in Prince George’s county.”

“We have, of course, the protective order filed by his wife alleging horrific multiple instances. There were two instances of extreme violent physical abuse. And then on top of all of that, he’s an illegal alien and a member of what has been designated as a foreign terrorist organization,” Miller said.

Miller blasted Democrats for focusing their efforts on bringing the man — already deported to El Salvador — back into the United States.

“You have the entire machinery of the Democrat Party using all of its power not to fight for lower costs, as President Trump is, or better trade deals, as President Trump is, or lower taxes, as President Trump is,” Miller said. “But to fight to bring this illegal alien with all those horrific crimes and allegations and history against him back to the United States, where he can do what? He can commit additional acts that threaten the safety of the American people. This is the biggest, sharpest contrast you will ever see between the priorities of President Trump and the priorities of the Democrat Party.”

When asked about the future of Democratic leadership, Miller said he believes that Democratic New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is the party’s likely 2028 nominee.

“I think she’s clearly the frontrunner,” Miller said.

The Trump administration said it has no duty to bring Abrego Garcia back to the United States. In legal filings, the Justice Department said federal courts lack the authority to interfere in foreign policy decisions, including matters related to Abrego Garcia’s deportation and detention. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested Garcia in March and quickly deported him to El Salvador, where he was placed in a high-security prison designed for gang members. Authorities linked him to MS-13 after a 2019 arrest in Maryland and a tip from a confidential informant.
