HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. dropped a stunning statistic on the testosterone levels of American teenagers.
The head of the Department of Health and Human Services spoke with Fox News host Jesse Watters about the latest changes under the Trump administration’s efforts to Make America Healthy Again, discussing the ban on food dyes and the increase in Americans’ obesity rates.
At one point, Kennedy noted that sperm counts in the nation are down by half, and U.S. teens have testosterone levels that are significantly below those of men over 60 years old, prompting a reaction from U.S. Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene on X.
We have a health crisis in this country.
It’s very serious. https://t.co/BSfl1lqYgR

“A teenager today, an American teenager, has less testosterone than a 68-year-old man, Sperm counts are down 50 percent,” RFK Jr. said, stunning the “Primetime” host, who repeated the claim.
“An American teenager has less testosterone than a 60-year-old man?” incredulous Watters asked.
“That’s right,” Kennedy replied. “Testosterone levels have dropped 50 percent from historic levels. That is a problem, and it’s an existential problem.”
A 2022 report from the Cleveland Clinic bears out the decline.
“Studies show that age-specific testosterone levels in men have been in a slow and consistent decline for several decades. Researchers call the changes ‘alarming’ from an evolutionary point of view,” the report stated.
“So, we’re consistently seeing testosterone levels lower than we’d expect because of excessive weight and related health conditions — and that is alarming from a long-term perspective,” endocrinologist Kevin Pantalone said at the time.
“We’re seeing more people with their overall health status in decline,” he added. “That may be accelerating the loss of testosterone compared to previous generations.”
Diet and lifestyle choices were among the factors listed that affected the levels.
Social media users reacted to Kennedy’s comments.
That’s a disturbing statistic

RFK Jr. is spot-on. Studies confirm testosterone levels in young men have plummeted 50% since the 1980s—worse than previous generations. The real culprit? Rampant chemical exposure from unregulated plastics, endocrine disruptors in consumer products, and Big Pharma’s…

Wow! It’s about time people finally connected the dots! And so where have all of our medical people been? Unfortunately, in bed with the rest of the system.
