Some Fans Left Angered After National Anthem Performance Prior To Oilers-Kings NHL Playoffs Game

Los Angeles… You never cease to amaze me.

The Los Angeles Kings played host to the Edmonton Oilers in a recent NHL Playoffs first-round matchup, but it’s not the game making the headlines, rather what happened beforehand.

Before the puck dropped at Crypto.com Arena, Korea Town Senior & Community Center members sang “The Star-Spangled Banner,” except … they didn’t sing. Rather, they used harmonicas to perform our national anthem.

As far as the reception, most of the people at the game seemingly approved the group’s rendition, with thousands applauding while still standing after the performance. (RELATED: NFL Draft Gets Started With One Of Greatest Trolling Jobs Ever, And It Involves President Trump)

With that being said, some people weren’t happy, and they took to social media to express their unhappiness.

“Whoever thought this was a good idea should probably not have a job,” posted one user on Twitter.

“What in tarnation,” wrote another individual.

Hey, I give the Korea Town Senior & Community Center this: They had a better performance than Shedeur Sanders did at the NFL Draft. (LMAO)

Little did he know…

Man, that’s rough. Korea Town Senior & Community Center definitely beat that.
