Saquon Barkley Hangs Out With President Trump Day Before Eagles’ Highly-Anticipated White House Visit

The Philadelphia Eagles will be taking a trip Monday to the White House to visit President Donald Trump, doing so in celebration of their Super Bowl championship. And while that’s a glorious thing, there’s been talk regarding some players possibly not showing up for the ceremony.

As far as running back Saquon Barkley is concerned, he’s already hanging out with Trump, doing so Sunday afternoon at New Jersey’s Trump National Golf Club Bedminster. USA Today reports that Barkley possibly played golf with the president as well.

Barkley made the flight to Washington D.C. with President Trump after their time in Jersey.

Barkley kicking it with Trump comes just days following quarterback Jalen Hurts sparking up some chatter for being silent when questioned if he was going to the White House with the Eagles for the Super Bowl celebration.

I’m not reading too much into the Jalen Hurts drama, he seems like he lets his publicist or whoever is there with him do all the talking when it comes to situations like this. The dude is a businessman.
