LOFTUS: Jasmine Crockett Accidentally Calls For Closed Borders

Jasmine Crockett, the queen of dark woke, is back, this time with a brilliant take on why a sovereign country must have closed, secure borders.

The Democratic Texas lawmaker posted an Instagram video on Wednesday in which she complained about President Donald Trump’s agenda to deport illegal aliens and House Republicans on the Judiciary Committee advancing legislation to back the administration’s crackdown. In a 23-17 vote along party lines, the committee pushed a series of immigration priorities, including funding to support the deportation of 1 million illegal aliens per year and raising fees for immigrants claiming asylum. “How would [the Trump administration feel] if some other country decided they were gonna just start throwing people randomly in our country. That is absolutely insane. All I gotta say is you need to get these fools out of here,” Crockett said.

Indeed, Jasmine, it would be “absolutely insane” for a country to throw open its border and allow millions of people to “randomly” flood in without any consequences. And of course, that’s exactly what happened under President Joe Biden’s administration.

Granted, Crockett reached the conclusion that borders are important by complete accident, but she still deserves some credit for dishing out a take that wasn’t completely deluded. As they say, a broken clock is right twice, and so, too, is Jasmine Crockett.

For Republicans, Crockett is the political gift that keeps on giving hilarious political faux pas. She is the ultimate content machine, spitting out absurdity after absurdity, automatically, without thought.

During an interview in February, Crockett made the audacious claim that there isn’t a lot of fraud and waste in the federal government.

In the very same interview, the Texas representative said she was “rooting for” foreign countries because she hates Trump so much.

Democratic Rep. Gerry Connolly of Virginia recently announced that he will be stepping away from his role as ranking member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. Numerous Democrats are licking their chops over the soon-to-be-vacant, powerful job, including Crockett.

“I’m the vice ranker, so when I took the role on, I was [and] still am willing to step in, in service to the caucus and the country, but conversations need to be had before any formal announcement can be made,” she told Axios.

With Crockett’s latest rant for closed borders, it’s abundantly clear she has enough brain cells to competently serve in Connolly’s role. She also has the credentials. That helps, too.
