Bodycam Bombshell Debunks Democrat Narrative on Deported Illegal Alien [WATCH]

Newly released police bodycam footage is raising serious questions about Kilmar Abrego-Garcia, the illegal immigrant at the center of an ongoing political and legal battle between President Donald Trump’s administration and congressional Democrats.

Abrego-Garcia, a citizen of El Salvador, was deported earlier this year and sent to the CECOT prison in El Salvador, a high-security facility known for housing MS-13 members and other violent gang affiliates.

His removal prompted immediate outcry from Democratic lawmakers and left-wing media outlets, who have attempted to cast him as a victim of the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement policies.

Multiple Democratic leaders, including Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), have called for Abrego-Garcia’s return to the United States.

A federal court previously ordered the administration to “facilitate” his return after questions were raised about the deportation process.

However, El Salvador has denied the request, stating that since Abrego-Garcia is a Salvadoran citizen, the U.S. has no authority to reverse his deportation. The dispute remains unresolved.

While Democrats have described Abrego-Garcia as a “Maryland dad” and portrayed him as a sympathetic figure, new developments are undermining that narrative.

Bodycam footage obtained by Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin from the Tennessee Highway Patrol captures a 2022 traffic stop in which Abrego-Garcia was found driving a vehicle linked to a convicted human smuggler.

Inside the vehicle were eight passengers, none of whom appeared to have any documented relationship with Abrego-Garcia. He was also found in possession of $1,400 in cash.

State troopers on the scene suspected that Abrego-Garcia was involved in a human trafficking operation.

“He’s hauling these people for money,” one officer can be heard stating. Another trooper commented on the unusually modified vehicle, which had multiple rows of seating to accommodate more passengers.

Officers also noted that Abrego-Garcia had an invalid Maryland driver’s license at the time of the stop.

“This is a good stop,” one trooper said on the recording, signaling the gravity of the discovery.

Despite the circumstances, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement—then under the Biden administration—never intervened, and Abrego-Garcia was released.

In addition to human trafficking suspicions, court records reveal that Abrego-Garcia’s wife filed multiple restraining orders against him, alleging domestic abuse.

These allegations further complicate efforts by Democrats to present him as a harmless or persecuted individual.

Earlier this year, a delegation of congressional Democrats traveled to El Salvador to advocate for Abrego-Garcia’s release.

Among them was Sen. Van Hollen, who reportedly met directly with the deported individual despite his criminal history and allegations of abuse.

The situation has become increasingly politically charged, especially as Democrats seek to frame Abrego-Garcia’s deportation as evidence of immigration overreach.

However, the bodycam footage and related court filings indicate that Abrego-Garcia has been the subject of serious allegations involving gang affiliation, human trafficking, and domestic violence.

The Trump administration has defended the deportation, maintaining that Abrego-Garcia was removed based on national security and public safety concerns.

Despite a federal court order demanding facilitation of his return, administration officials have pointed out that cooperation from El Salvador is not guaranteed and that deportation decisions ultimately fall within the authority of both nations involved.

For now, the case remains in legal and political limbo.

The new video evidence, however, may further diminish public and institutional support for efforts to bring Abrego-Garcia back to the U.S. as Democrats continue to face questions about their handling of the situation.
