Springsteen warns European audience with bitter anti-Trump rant: ‘Dangerous times’

Bruce Springsteen, worth an estimated $1.2 billion, opened his Manchester, England, concert by reminding the audience of his hard-left political views.

The New Jersey rocker, who campaigned on behalf of the empty pantsuit Kamala Harris while declaring President Donald J. Trump “the most dangerous candidate for president in my lifetime,” was the darling of the media on Thursday after trashing the Trump administration while performing in Europe.

“The mighty E Street Band is here tonight to call upon the righteous power of art, of music, of rock and roll, in dangerous times,” the Boss said. “In my home, the America I love, the America I’ve written about, and has been a beacon of hope and liberty for 250 years, is currently in the hands of a corrupt, incompetent, and treasonous administration. Tonight, we ask all who believe in democracy and the best of our American experience to rise with us, raise your voices against the authoritarianism, and let freedom ring.”

The elitist singer/songwriter who’s pals with Barack Obama placed himself among “the people” as he spoke to a British audience about “the last check on power after the checks and balances of government have failed are the people, you and me.”

“It’s in the union of people around a common set of values now that’s all that stands between a democracy and authoritarianism. At the end of the day, all we’ve got is each other,” the billionaire rocker said, knowing full well the media would put his remarks on blast in America.

“There’s some very weird, strange and dangerous sh*t going on out there right now. In America, they are persecuting people for using their right to free speech and voicing their dissent. This is happening now,” he added, sounding much like an MSNBC host.

Springsteen would go on to rail against rich men in America — the irony dripping — while showcasing his support for more war in Ukraine.

“In America, the richest men are taking satisfaction in abandoning the world’s poorest children to sickness and death,” he proclaimed. “And in my country, they are taking sadistic pleasure in the pain that they inflict on loyal American workers, they are rolling back historic civil rights legislation that led to a more just and moral society. They are abandoning our great allies and siding with dictators against those struggling for their freedom.”

Iconic rocker Kid Rock laid into Springsteen for his commie views during an appearance on Fox News’ “Jesse Watters Primetime.”

“Pound for pound, when it comes to heartland rock and roll, Bruce Springsteen’s made some good songs … but Bob Seger smokes him any day of the week!” Kid Rock said.

“Bruce Springsteen’s another one of these liberals with mountains of money, desperate to keep his good standing with Hollywood and the elite,” he said. “His politics are so a** backwards. Stay in Europe, Bruce. Have fun.”

The general feeling online suggests that ol’ Bruce might not get much of a welcoming home when he returns to the states — here is a quick response to Springsteen’s leftist rant, as seen on the social media platform X:
