On 5 April, the annual Church of England (Continuing) Midlands Conference, hosted by St Silas’ Church in Wolverhampton, gave itself entirely to the issue of ‘abortion’.
Attendees came from as far as Portsmouth and Northern Ireland for this day of Scripture-searching and heart-searching, punctuated with hearty a cappella hymn-singing and prayer, led by the minister of St Silas’, Kyle Mulholland.
The first half of the day focused on exposing the issue of abortion in the light of God’s Word, with Dave Brennan of Brephos exploring the biblical response to it.
