This is so adorable.
Golf fans complained all week long about the leaderboard and course at the PGA Championship, but what happened Sunday, there were zero complaints about that. We got spoiled, with three of the world’s greatest players squaring off against each other on the last nine holes. Ultimately, it was No. 1-ranked Scottie Scheffler who took home the victory and his third career major championship. But the PGA Championship wasn’t the only thing that Scheffler won at Quail Hollow. While Scheffler was on the course doing his thing, his one-year-old son, Bennett, managed to take his first steps (we think). And luckily for Scheffler, it was all caught on camera.
Lost in the shuffle of Scottie Scheffler winning the @PGAChampionship I failed to post this moment of Bennett Scheffler standing for the first time (I think). Mom’s reaction is so pure. Just adorable. #PGAChampionship #Scheffler pic.twitter.com/eFD69Wu1i6

And to make the situation even cuter, Scheffler brought little Bennett with him to sign his scorecard — so friggin’ cute!
One hand for the scorecard, one for the baby. 🏆👶✍️

My kids have the worst timing. As soon as I was about to write about how cute this whole thing was and how it reminds me of my girls, they start fighting and screaming, which graduated into very loud crying. Now I’m just annoyed … LMAO.
Enjoy fatherhood, Scottie.
