Tigers Grounds Crew Member Suffers Injury, Escalates To Him Absolutely Violating Camera

That’s one way to respond…

A lot of people walk around this planet of ours looking for their 15 minutes of fame, but when it comes to this Comerica Park groundskeeper, he had zero interest in his. Suffering an injury, the crew member had a camera zoomed in on him out of interest in the situation, which resulted in the unidentified staffer giving it the middle finger.

NBC Sports Bay Area, who carries San Francisco Giants games, went back to their broadcast after a commercial break that took place following the seventh inning, focusing in on a groundskeeper that was receiving attention from Detroit Tigers medical staff. He somehow injured himself in between innings during Wednesday’s 4-3 victory for the Tigers. (RELATED: Fan Slaps Rockies With Lawsuit Over ‘Longstanding Poor Performance’: REPORT)

The broadcast then cuts to a different angle to get a better sight at what was going on, using a camera that was set up along the first baseline. This was prior to the broadcast making a transition to get an EMT on camera.

Eventually, the broadcast made a return to the injured groundskeeper and ended up staying a little longer on him than what he wanted, as he eventually shot the camera with a middle finger, and did so for quite a long time. Ultimately, a member of the medical staff covered the finger with his hand, and that’s where the scene concluded.

Ahh … you gotta love the randomness of baseball.
