Trump Orders Full Investigation Into Biden’s Secret Autopen Presidency [WATCH]

President Donald Trump has directed Attorney General Pam Bondi to launch a formal investigation into whether aides to former President Joe Biden concealed signs of significant cognitive decline during his time in office.

The probe will examine whether key staffers may have used mechanisms such as the autopen to authorize official documents without Biden’s full awareness or consent, including controversial last-minute pardons issued at the end of his presidency.

The order follows existing inquiries led by Justice Department attorney Ed Martin, who is already examining Biden’s use of the autopen and the legitimacy of several pardons issued during his final weeks in office.

Martin’s investigation has reportedly expanded to include whether Biden was mentally competent at the time the executive clemency decisions were made.

President Trump announced the expanded investigation in a statement Wednesday, calling it a critical effort to determine the extent of what he described as a coordinated attempt to withhold important information from the American public.

“This conspiracy marks one of the most dangerous and concerning scandals in American history,” Trump stated in the executive order authorizing the probe.

“The American people have a right to know who was really making decisions in the White House and whether former President Biden was mentally and physically fit to hold the office.”

The investigation will include a review of internal White House procedures involving the use of the autopen—an electronic device that allows for the automated signing of documents—particularly in instances where Biden may not have been directly involved.

The use of the device came under renewed scrutiny after it was revealed that Biden may have signed a number of official documents and pardons without public comment or personal appearances, even during key moments in his presidency.

Sources familiar with the investigation say Martin is pursuing testimony and records from individuals in Biden’s inner circle, including former senior advisers Bob Bauer, Anita Dunn, and Ron Klain.

According to preliminary findings, these aides may have played central roles in approving the use of the autopen on Biden’s behalf, particularly during the final months of his presidency when his public appearances became increasingly limited.

Reports have surfaced in recent weeks from former staffers and donors alleging that Biden was often absent from key meetings, unable to recall names of senior aides, and displayed visible signs of cognitive decline in private and public settings throughout 2023 and into 2024.

These claims, now being evaluated as part of the broader investigation, have raised further questions about the decision-making process behind the issuance of presidential pardons.

While DOJ attorney Ed Martin has not commented publicly on the specific pardons under review, sources indicate that some involved individuals with connections to Biden’s personal and political network, prompting additional scrutiny over potential conflicts of interest or abuse of authority.

A whistleblower reportedly affiliated with the Democratic Party is said to have come forward in connection with the investigation, providing details about internal White House discussions and document handling procedures involving Biden’s executive actions.

Attorney General Bondi’s office is expected to begin conducting interviews and reviewing relevant White House records immediately.

Congressional leaders have also expressed interest in holding separate oversight hearings once preliminary findings from the investigation become available.
