Trump Responds to Israeli Attack on Iran ‘Dead Now, and It Will Only Get Worse!’ [WATCH]

President Donald Trump on Friday addressed the escalating conflict between Israel and Iran, attributing Israel’s latest airstrikes to Iran’s failure to finalize a deal and warning Tehran of further destruction if it continues its course.

The remarks came after Israel launched a wide-ranging military operation early Friday morning, striking several locations across Tehran.

The operation, dubbed “Rising Lion,” targeted Iran’s nuclear infrastructure, missile production sites, and military facilities.

President Trump posted a statement on Truth Social following the strikes.

“I gave Iran chance after chance to make a deal,” he wrote.

“I told them, in the strongest of words, to ‘just do it,’ but no matter how hard they tried, no matter how close they got, they just couldn’t get it done.”

He emphasized the military capabilities of the United States and its support for Israel’s defense systems. “I told them it would be much worse than anything they know, anticipated, or were told, that the United States makes the best and most lethal military equipment anywhere in the World, BY FAR, and that Israel has a lot of it, with much more to come – And they know how to use it,” Trump wrote.

The president continued by addressing Iran’s hardline leadership.

“Certain Iranian hardliner’s spoke bravely, but they didn’t know what was about to happen,” he stated. “

They are all DEAD now, and it will only get worse!”

He urged Iran to take a diplomatic route to avoid further conflict.

“There has already been great death and destruction, but there is still time to make this slaughter, with the next already planned attacks being even more brutal, come to an end.”

“Iran must make a deal, before there is nothing left, and save what was once known as the Iranian Empire. No more death, no more destruction, JUST DO IT, BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE,” Trump added.

The Israeli operation reportedly killed multiple high-ranking Iranian officials.

According to Iranian state television, Gen. Hossein Salami, commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, and Mohammad Bagheri, Iran’s military chief of staff, were among those killed. The strikes also reportedly claimed the lives of at least two nuclear scientists.

In retaliation, Iran launched over 100 drones toward Israel. Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei vowed “severe punishment” in response to the Israeli airstrikes.

Israel Defense Forces confirmed that the drones were intercepted before entering Israeli airspace.

The Trump administration, while acknowledging the gravity of the situation, emphasized that the United States had not been involved in the Israeli strikes.

Administration officials reiterated that President Trump had previously cautioned against military escalation during ongoing discussions over Iran’s nuclear program.

A spokesperson for the Trump administration stated that the United States “was not involved in the operation” and warned all parties against actions that could jeopardize American personnel or assets in the region.

The developments come amid heightened tensions in the Middle East and renewed concerns about Iran’s nuclear ambitions.

Israeli officials have repeatedly accused Iran of moving closer to developing nuclear weapons, while Iran maintains that its program is solely for peaceful purposes.
