The Minnesota man accused of shooting two state lawmakers, killing one, is scheduled to appear Monday in a Minneapolis court.
Hennepin County court records show Vance Boelter, 57, is expected to go before a judge at 1:30 p.m. Monday.
The suspect is being held at the county jail on murder and attempted murder charges after he was arrested late Sunday. Mr. Boelter’s bond is set at $5 million.
His capture ended a two-day manhunt after Mr. Boelter was linked to the deadly shooting of former Minnesota House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, and the shooting of state Sen. John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette.
Officials said Mr. Hoffman and his wife are expected to recover from the shooting. Mr. Hoffman and Ms. Hortman are both Democrats.
Authorities said Mr. Boelter carried out his targeted attack while dressed in a police uniform and wearing a face-like mask.

“Boelter exploited the trust our uniforms are meant to represent,” Bob Jacobson, commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, said Sunday evening during a press conference. “That betrayal is deeply disturbing to those of us who wear the badge with honor and responsibility.”
