Democratic Connecticut Rep. Rosa DeLauro asked Attorney General Pam Bondi at a hearing Monday whether budget cuts to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) would prevent the agencies from stopping gun and fentanyl trafficking at the southern border.
But when Bondi attempted to respond that cuts would only put an end to raids on lawful gun owners, DeLauro cut her off, accusing her of filibustering and instead choosing to answer her own question. The Daily Caller’s Natalie Sandoval breaks down the exchange on Media Madness.
