Former White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany welcomed her third child, Avery Grace, to her growing family, Fox News’ “Outnumbered” announced on Monday.
McEnany announced in March that she was expecting her third child with her husband, Sean Gilmartin, and later held a gender reveal on “Outnumbered” where she revealed the child is a girl. The “Outnumbered” panel celebrated McEnany’s news with photographs of Avery wearing a pink onesie and bow.
“We are overjoyed to announce the newest member of the ‘Outnumbered’ family. Kayleigh and her husband, Sean, just welcomed their third child, daughter Avery Grace, to the world,” co-host Emily Campagno said.

McEnany stated on X that she and her husband are “so in love” with their new child and quoted the Bible to celebrate her birth.
“.@GilmartinSean and I are so in love with our new baby girl, Avery Grace! Blake and Nash love their baby sister, and we are enjoying this beautiful time in life! ‘For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.’ – Psalm 139: 13-14,” McEnany wrote.

McEnany is the mother of 5-year-old Blake and 2-year-old Nash, who she gave birth to in December 2022. The former White House press secretary similarly announced in June 2022 that she was pregnant with her son on the program.
In March, McEnany described the excitement her oldest daughter experienced throughout her pregnancy.
“It’s very sweet, it’s been a special time, I’ve been pregnant during Christmas and during Thanksgiving and my daughter Blake now knows, so she runs up and grabs my stomach and says ‘let me kiss the baby.’ Just what came to mind is Jeremiah 1:5, ‘Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you,’ and then Luke 12:7 that ‘God knows the very hairs on our head,’” McEnany said. “It’s not just a message about my baby, it’s a message about all of you and that’s how much He loves us. And with all that said, can I unbutton my jacket now?”
McEnany and her husband eloped on Nov. 18, 2017, after meeting and having a long distance relationship in 2015.
