A 12-person jury comprised of eight men and four women has found Diddy not guilty on racketeering conspiracy (one count) and sex trafficking (two counts). He was found guilty transportation to engage in prostitution (two counts).
A foreperson delivered the verdict to Judge Arun Subramanian in court, after a lengthy seven-week trial. The music mogul was found to be guilty on three of the five counts, according to CNN. Diddy faces a sentence of up to ten years.

The case against Diddy became a complex battleground as the prosecution argued the famous singer abused his authority and influence to form an enterprise of crime and sex trafficking. They called a total of 34 witnesses to the stand, including Cassie Ventura, Diddy’s former girlfriend, who testified that she was given drugs and was forced to participate in the now-infamous “freak off” sex parties hosted by Diddy.
The video showing Diddy abusing Ventura in a hotel lobby was shown in court, was were videos of his freak-offs.

Diddy’s defense team, led by Mar Agnifilo, made the shocking decision not to call any witnesses to the stand.
Diddy did not take the stand in his own trial.
The defense argued that the prosecution and the government targeted Diddy and insisted he was innocent of the charges which included sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Their focus was on consent, and they challenged the prosecution by testifying that Ventura and the other freak-off participants willingly engaged in sex acts.

Diddy was charged with racketeering conspiracy (RICO); sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution in a federal indictment unsealed Sept. 17.
