Rachel Millward is running for deputy and backing far-left former LibDem candidate for leader Zack Polanski. She is also serving as deputy leader of Wealden District Council – in post she has attempted to ban fire by making all public events net zero and has changed the council constitution to prevent Green cabinet members coming before the scrutiny committee.
