Flash flooding in Detroit left locals “praying” to survive as they had to contend with the force of nature, coupled with failing infrastructure in the Democrat-controlled region.
Literally.
“Dear God, please let me make it through,” a woman is heard saying as she navigated a flooded tunnel near Detroit Metro Airport — over 2.5 inches of rain fell in just over an hour on Wednesday.

Flooding briefly closed sections of major roadways across New York City ahead of rush hour, and Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) suspended service on one of its busiest lines because of flooded tracks, ABC 7 reported.
“Some drivers on the Clearview Expressway in Queens ended up standing on the roofs of their stranded vehicles and a tractor trailer nearly fully submerged. The waters eventually receded and traffic slowly resumed, but officials still pleaded with people to stay home,” the affiliate further reported.

Rule 1. Don’t drive through flooded roadways . Stop and wait. No where you were going was worth the life of yourself and passengers.

Poor infrastructure! Need to clean the drainage!! When the drains are clogged and have spray painted signs “this is not a garbage can” you know you have a problem. I haven’t seen a repair crew out there to fix or clean up after the storm from a few weeks ago, so this issue will…

Urban flooding is an infrastructure problem, so where does the tax collected every year go?
