Actress Mia Farrow pointed fingers at Republicans and the National Rifle Association (NRA) shortly after the tragic mass shooting in Minnesota.
The mass shooting at the Annunciation Catholic School resulted in the death of two children and injured 17 people, according to Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara. As the world turned their attention to the tragedy that unfolded, Farrow put the focus on pushing her political views.
“Today. Children. Gunned down. Two dead children. 7 children in critical condition. High velocity gun. 14 children 3 adults injured,” Farrow wrote Aug. 27 on Bluesky.

Her post was left open so the general public could reply. Farrow followed up with a post about the situation in Gaza just hours later.

The alleged suspect in the Minneapolis shooting took his own life, multiple outlets reported. Sources said the shooter was identified as Robin Westman. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem wrote that the suspect claimed to be transgender
The suspect was armed with a rifle, shotgun and pistol and neared the church on one side before shooting dozens of rounds in the direction of children inside seated for Mass prior to 8:30 a.m., O’Hara said, according to The Associated Press. President Donald Trump signed a Proclamation honoring the shooting victims in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
A longtime star of the 1960s soap opera “Peyton Place,” Farrow also secured roles in 1974’s “The Great Gatsby” and other films in the following decades.
