‘All of them are going to rot in a frickin’ prison’

The latest on the Russia collusion hoax had Steve Bannon calling for “perp walks” as top officials from the Obama administration were implicated for alleged “treason.”

Friday, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard declassified documents that detailed how, during the transition period prior to President Donald Trump’s first term, national security officials from then-President Barack Obama’s administration were directed to “create a new intelligence assessment that detailed Russian election meddling, even though it would contradict multiple intelligence assessments.”

Reacting to Gabbard’s actions and her conclusion that the aim was to “usurp President Trump and subvert the will of the American people,” Bannon keyed in on a critical detail about the President’s Daily Brief that had him calling for a criminal grand jury.

“They didn’t do the President’s Daily Briefing because they knew … the president-elect gets the same briefing that the president of the United States in transition. They withheld it,” stated the “War Room” host and former White House chief strategist.

“This is how duplicitous they are. This is how guilty they are. Ben Rhodes, Obama, all of ’em are gonna rot in a frickin’ prison. This is why we got to get on top of this. This is the deep state. This is the coup against Trump. You can see it all right there,” he went on, calling out by name Obama’s then-deputy national security advisor Rhodes, who’d since gone on to become an MSNBC contributor, co-host of “Pod Save the World,” and co-chair of the NGO National Security Action with former National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan.

According to the documents declassified by Gabbard, Obama’s Dec. 8, 2016, brief was “abruptly pulled ‘based on new guidance,’” and never published. The following day, a cadre of national security officials, including then-FBI Director James Comey, then-CIA Director John Brennan, then-DNI James Clapper, and then-National Security Advisor Susan Rice, had assembled to discuss Russia at the White House.

The following month, the “Obama-directed politicized assessment” alleging Russian involvement in the outcome of the 2016 election was released, kicking off the “years-long coup intended to subvert President Trump’s entire presidency.”

Gabbard detailed that the documents were getting turned over to the DOJ for criminal referral days after it had been reported that the FBI is investigating a “grand conspiracy” dating back to at least 2016 as part of an alleged effort to influence U.S. elections.

Concluding that a special prosecutor was necessary for justice rather than showy congressional hearings, Bannon went on to state, “I don’t want a hearing. I want a criminal grand jury and guys perp walked … This is treason. They tried to thwart an election. They tried to overturn a government. Somebody needs to take this on full-time.”
