The incident occurred in Upton, a small community in Worcester County located about 40 miles west of Boston.
Video and photographs provided to Fox News by an ICE source documented the scene as it unfolded.
In the video, the protester’s car is seen drifting into the water after she reportedly failed to put it in park.
A voice off-camera can be heard saying, “Well that sucks. Look at that Lucy. Her car got lost,” as the vehicle continued floating farther from the shore.

The footage also shows an officer walking past the camera while appearing to escort someone in handcuffs.
