‘Arrest her!’ Rep. Jayapal proudly boasts she’s leading ‘shadow hearings’ to undermine POTUS

Far-left Rep. Pramila Jayapal has begun proudly hosting “shadow hearings” about the deportation of alleged illegal alien gang bangers.

Titled “Kidnapped and Disappeared: Trump’s Lawless Third Country Disappearances,” the first hearing was held Friday:

HAPPENING NOW: If Republicans won’t conduct oversight over Trump’s kidnapping and disappearance of immigrants, then I will.

“Since taking office in January, President Trump has shown nothing but utter contempt for the Constitution,” Jayapal said in a statement. “He has ignored and decimated the traditional role of Congress and defied and defamed the courts, doing untold damage to our democracy.”

“He has attacked the rights of all people, starting with and especially immigrants. In his obsession to deport as many immigrants—lawful and undocumented—as he can, he has violated multiple constitutional rights,” she added.

Her proud touting of these shadow hearings prompted massive blowback from the right on social media, with “All That Remains” singer Phil Labonte tweeting, “arrest her and her conspirators.”

The hearing comes amid the hubbub surrounding Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, a confirmed illegal alien gang banger living in Maryland who was deported to a prison in El Salvador months ago.

His deportation prompted the entire Democrat Party to go into overdrive to “rescue” him, with congressional Democrats even traveling to El Salvador to meet him in person.

But Democrats now look like fools thanks to new evidence confirming Garcia’s history of trafficking illegal aliens all across the United States.

“Abrego Garcia was secretly indicted by a federal grand jury in Nashville last month on two felony charges: transporting undocumented immigrants and conspiring with others to do so,” according to Politico.

“The charges stem from a 2022 traffic stop in Tennessee, when police found Abrego Garcia at the wheel of an SUV carrying nine other men, all of whom were Hispanic and lacked identification,” the outlet reported.

Federal investigators obtained proof of Garcia’s trafficking ways from Jose Ramon Hernandez-Reyes, the registered driver of a car Garcia had been driving when he was stopped in 2022.

“Hernandez-Reyes told investigators that he … met Abrego Garcia around 2015 and claimed to have hired him on multiple occasions to transport undocumented migrants from Texas to various locations in the United States,” according to ABC News.

Even knowing all this, Democrats celebrated this week when Garcia was returned to the United States to stand trial for trafficking.

“This is a victory for due process. It’s a victory for the Constitution,” Sen. Chris Van Hollen reportedly said during an MSNBC appearance. “It should not have taken this long. I mean … the Trump administration dragged its feet for a very long time and ignored a 9 to 0 order from the Supreme Court.”

“It’s important that Abrego Garcia now come home and have his due process rights upheld in a court of law,” he added.
