Black Liberal Shoots Trump Supporter in the Back, Crickets from Legacy Media [WATCH]

A fatal shooting in Madison, Wisconsin, has drawn attention following reports that the victim, a 61-year-old hotel employee, may have been targeted in part due to her political views, according to statements made during a Newsmax segment featuring Sharla McBride, Carl Higbie, and Jason Mattera.

“A story you likely haven’t heard much about from the legacy media, a 61 year old woman in Madison, Wisconsin gunned down cold blood while walking into work,” McBride said at the start of the segment.

The victim, identified as Christine Jones, was killed on March 22 outside her workplace. Authorities say the shooting occurred shortly before 8 a.m. after Jones parked her car in a hotel garage and began walking toward the entrance.

Higbie said the suspect was known to the victim and suggested the incident may have involved both a personal and political motive.

“She was allegedly targeted by a former co worker with a grudge and a political Vendetta. Our crime correspondent Jason Mattera Here with the details,” Higbie said.

Mattera provided additional information about the case, including the suspect’s identity and upcoming court proceedings.

“Yeah. Carl Charlotte, once you hear these details, will be pretty clear why the so called mainstream media isn’t exactly rushing to cover this one. Diamond Wallace. She’s going to be shown here is set to make her next court there she is set to make her next court appearance on April 1. She’s being held on a $2 million bond, facing a first degree murder charge in the killing of Christine Jones, a 61 year old hotel employee in Madison, Wisconsin,” Mattera said.

According to Mattera, surveillance footage captured key moments of the attack.

“Police say this attack unfolds on March 22 Jones parks her car in the hotel garage and starts you head for the entrance a little before 8am authorities say at this point, surveillance video shows someone running up behind Jones, and seconds later, she’s on the ground, shot in the back and pronounced dead at the scene,” he said.

Mattera said the suspect, Diamond Wallace, who also went by St. Laurel Vargas, had previously worked at the same hotel but had been fired the year before. He said investigators believe the motive may extend beyond a workplace dispute.

“The accused killer, Diamond Wallace, who also went by the name St Laurel Vargas, wasn’t a total stranger. She apparently worked at the same hotel as the victim, but was fired last year. Yet this attack doesn’t appear to be simply a workplace grudge, but a political targeting as well. According to the criminal complaint, diamond Wallace had expressed animosity towards the victim Jones because she was a Trump supporter,” Mattera said.

He added that investigators found additional details supporting that claim.

“Court records also indicate that Jones had a Trump hat visible in her vehicle, something police had discovered after her body was found,” he said.

Mattera also raised questions about how the suspect obtained a firearm despite a prior conviction.

“What makes this alleged murder even worse is that Diamond Wallace, or St Laurel Vargas, whatever her name is, was even supposed to have a gun. She’s apparently a convicted felon, yet somehow, police say she got her hands on a 380 and allegedly used it to execute a former co worker, a woman that she reportedly despised for supporting Donald Trump, and the coverage of this attack, aside from a few local outlets, has been practically non existent. Surprise. Surprise,” he said.

Higbie commented on the broader implications of the case.

“Gun laws didn’t stop a bad guy from getting a gun,” Higbie said.

McBride questioned the level of attention the case has received.

“And why haven’t we heard about this at all? Someone guns down someone because they have a MAGA hat in their car?” she said.

Higbie added a comparison to how other incidents might be covered.

“Just flip the rolls real quick. Yeah, a white Trump supporter, God forbid, ever shot a black Democrat? Wall to wall, you’d have BLM marches all over again,” he said.

McBride concluded by noting the limited exposure of the case.

“Yeah, but this is the first that we’re hearing about this,” she said.
