Brian Daboll, Malik Nabers Get Into Heated Confrontation As New York Giants Go Down Toilet

Between the Jets and the Giants, New York football is in a state of chaos.

Going into Week 1, there was a bit of a buzz around the New York Giants here in the post-Daniel Jones era, but as expected by a lot of us non-Big Applers, that was quickly put to rest in their defeat to the Washington Commanders. And it’s worse than just the loss, there also appears to be crazy tension between the head coach and his star receiver.

When the first quarter was over, FOX’s cameras caught head coach Brian Daboll and wide receiver Malik Nabers getting into it on the sidelines as New York struggled to do anything on offense. (RELATED: Steelers’ Aaron Rodgers Throws Extreme Shade At Jets After Beating Them)

It appeared that Daboll was confronting Nabers about something he wasn’t a fan of on the previous offensive drive, but instead of just taking it, Nabers clapped right back at him. Later in the game, as players were huddling to go back on the field, Daboll tried to interact with Nabers with a high-five, but the wide receiver didn’t acknowledge it whatsoever.

It’s not known what exactly was exchanged between the two, however, it most likely had to do with the Giants‘ dreadful offense and Nabers getting limited targets.

This is a massive sign that Brian Daboll has lost control of the team and will end up getting fired soon … talk about a Week 1 overreaction that I guarantee I’m right about.

Watch.
